7. PRECLINICAL AND CLINICAL ASPECTS OF STEM CELL RESEARCH
General objectives: Objective:
- to provide the participant with up to-date views on the state of basic and translational research in the embryonic and tissue-derived use of stem cells.
- to give the participant the opportunity to meet and exchange views with leading researchers in the various fields of stem cell research, and
- to provide multi-tiered views on the ethical aspects on the clinical application of stem cells
